Terms of Service
The terms that apply to quotes, artwork, production and delivery. Last updated September 2026.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for 30 days. If the scope, size, quantity or material changes, the price changes, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Artwork And Proofs
You approve a proof before anything is printed, cut or installed. Once a proof is approved, that is what gets produced. Please check spelling, phone numbers and dimensions carefully, because reprints caused by an approved error are chargeable.
Your Files
By sending us artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark claims arising from artwork you supply.
Payment
A deposit may be required before production begins on custom work. Balance is due on completion or before installation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Turnaround
Dates we give are honest estimates based on current workload and material availability. We will tell you promptly if anything slips. We are not liable for losses caused by delays outside our control, including supplier and weather delays.
Installation
You are responsible for ensuring the surface, structure or site is ready and accessible, and for any permits your municipality requires. We are happy to advise on permits but the permit remains the property owner responsibility.
Warranty
Materials carry their manufacturer warranty. Our workmanship is warranted against defects in application. Damage from accidents, abuse, pressure washing, or vehicle body failure is not covered.
Discounts
Military, veteran, church and school discounts, and the first-time customer discount, apply to one discount per order and cannot be combined.
